Uploading 1099s to IRS IRIS system

Posted by Joshua A Pothier on Jan. 29, 2024  /     0

If anyone has had success creating a .csv file that the IRIS system accepts, could you please share any words of wisdom with us? Our files keep triggering different errors. Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide. Josh Pothier [email protected]

Bidding software

I am reaching out to inquire about how your Town/City handles its website bidding process. Specifically, I am interested in understanding whether the Town/City utilizes third-party software or has an in-house customized system for managing website bids. Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Anne please reply to [email protected]

AccuWage W2 upload error notice

Posted by Natasha Nau on Jan. 25, 2024  /     0

Has anyone cleared all errors on their test submissions in the IRS's accuwage service for the W2 upload except for this one lingering error? We resolved all of of our errors but cannot clear this "record length" error. Description reads as follows: "Must be 512 bytes for EFW2 files. This condition may also be generated if the previous record is greater than 512 bytes or if there is a Carriage Return/Line Feed within a record." We have tried deleting a space to go from 513 to 512 and we have added a space to go from 511 to 512. We have done this in different positions in the text file too. Any insight is appreciated for those who have run into this!! Please and thank you!! Natasha Nau, Finance Manager, Beacon Falls. 203-671-5885 or [email protected]
