Financial ERP (with capital maintenance) Software Vendors and Costs

Hi Everyone! We have been struggling SIGNIFICANTLY to find a one-solution-fits-all financial ERP solution for a small community like ours (Beacon Falls is separate from its regional school district). We specifically want financial accounting, purchasing, payroll, timekeeping, budget, billing, capital asset maintenance AND depreciation, and inventory modules. Any cost is going to be sticker-shock for us as we only currently pay $15k annually for our "semi-ERP" suite, but we are wondering if any town out there has ERP software that records asset maintenance (through work orders, barcodes, mapping) AND performs straight-line depreciation. We examined MaintainX and Brightly and ended up selecting Brightly but are running into some roadblocks. We are thinking it might be best for us to wait on capital assets until we are ready to also move forward on purchasing the other modules (accounting, payroll, billing, budgeting, etc.). Does anyone use "Tyler ERP Pro"? And if so, which modules, are you happy with its capabilities, and what are your annual ballpark costs (+implementation fee)? We will be reaching out to Tyler directly but we wanted to hear from you first to see if we are wasting our time and if their costs considered unreasonable for our budgetary restraints.

Apparently Tyler Technologies refuses to provide ERP Pro to New England. Can the small towns (less than 10k) who are NOT partnered with its regional school district (i.e. maybe using the same software as the school) please let us know what software you use and provide any user feedback you can? Thank you!!
