Cash Rounding Policies

Has anyone developed a policy for rounding of pennies for their town? If so, would you mind sharing the policy for others to use as a template?

    QDS has a program that could be run daily to write off small balances, which is allowed by municipal tax law. Would need to round up not down per CT law (can't increase cost for cash payments). I believe Bristol created a policy. Reach out to [email protected] .
